This Shipping Policy explains how and when your RS Beauty order is dispatched and delivered. We currently ship across India.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days of order confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery Timelines

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 8–14 business days, depending on your location and the courier partner. Remote locations may take longer.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery location, order value, product weight, and applicable courier charges. The final shipping cost, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment confirmation. From time to time, RS Beauty may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we will share tracking details by email and/or SMS so you can follow your delivery.

Delays

While we work to deliver on time, delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will assist you in tracking and resolving any such delays.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate. Orders returned due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts may attract re-shipping charges.
