Cancellation and Refund Policy

At RS Beauty, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

Due to the nature of cosmetic, skincare, and personal care products, we do not accept returns of opened, used, or damaged products after delivery. Returns may only be accepted if:

  • The product received is damaged during transit.

  • The wrong product was delivered.

  • The product received is defective.

To be eligible for a return request, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the product and packaging.

Refunds

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout. Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Opened or used cosmetic products

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Products purchased during special promotions or clearance sales

  • Products returned without valid proof of purchase

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Our team will review the request and provide an appropriate replacement or refund where applicable.
